Last name start/end

You may specify a range of last names as a registration control. For example, you may specify that only students whose last names begin with a letter in the range A - G may register on day one of registration, and that students with last names beginning with a letter in the range H - Z must wait until day two. If either the Starting Last Name field or the Ending Last Name field is Null, the system will use the start or end of the alphabet or ASCII search sequence.
