PIN number start/end

The Starting PIN and Ending PIN fields can be used to generate (alternate) PIN numbers for students by term and control registration using the PIN alone. When values are entered in the Starting PIN or Ending PIN fields, all of the other restriction fields will be ignored. If the Starting PIN and Ending PIN fields are Null, all of the other fields that are Not Null will be used to control student access. If no alternate PIN numbers are used, the system will still perform validation using the student’s primary PIN number.
