Use the Student Permits and Overrides section to assign registration permit-override codes to a student for a term. A minimum of subject and course is required to assign a permit-override. Permit-overrides can be assigned only when they have been authorized for the term in the Key block using the Registration Permit-Overrides Control (SFAROVR) page. When permit-overrides exist, no registration checking is performed for those categories during baseline or Self-Service registration.
