Self-Service Graduation Term Controls

Use this section to set up the term display for the graduation term in Banner Student Self-Service.

Self-Service Graduation Term Control	Radio group used to set a rule for term display in the Select a Term field list on the Curriculum Term Selection page in Banner Student Self-Service. One of the options must be selected to use the Self-Service graduation application. Choices are: All, Latest Academic History, Latest Registration, Latest History and Registration. The default is All. All - Any term that has registration or academic history information. Saved to the database as A. Latest Academic History - Term with the most recent (highest) academic history information. Saved to the database as H. Latest Registration - Term with the most recent (highest) registration information. Saved to the database as R. Latest History and Registration - Term with the most recent (highest) academic history information and term with the most recent (highest) registration information. Saved to the database as B.
