Use the Details, Description, and Attributes tabs to toggle between these sets of information. Use the Description and Attributes sections to add text for the course by clicking on the Edit button and entering the text in the Editor window. This data can be loaded using the Transfer Course Import Process (SHRTCIM) or can be entered manually. This data can be collected to help determine which courses are institutional equivalents.
The Attributes section allows attribute codes and descriptions associated with transfer courses to be stored in the system, so they can be used during the determination of institutional equivalents. Because transfer course attribute codes and their descriptions exist in another institution's system, they are not validated. Both the course attribute code and a description must be entered.
