Use the Grade Comment Code Validation (STVGCMT) page to define institutional comments (result codes) that can be associated with a student’s final mark. Codes entered on this page should not be deleted if they have been applied to any students (such as on SFASLST, SFAALST, or SHATCKN).

| Code | Code of the grade comment. Once a grade comment code record has been saved, the code entered in this field cannot be changed. When this code has been used in any other record, the grade comment code record cannot be deleted. |

| Web Indicator | Check box used to indicate whether the comment for that code can be displayed to the student. This indicator can be used to provide a level of confidentiality for the academic staff.
This indicator is not currently used with Self-Service. |
