| Cooperative Education (SGACOOP) page | |
Use the Cooperative Education Details section of the page to create the co-op details for a student. It also displays all the available co-ops and conflicting co-ops (if any) for a student for the effective term. Use the Override check box to override conflicting co-op dates.

| Cooperative Education | Co-op code and description of the student. |
| CRN | Allows the entry of a CRN associated with a co-op.
This field also validates entries so that only sections which exist and that allow co-op attachment (based on the schedule type) can be assigned as a co-op activity. Also, the CRN must exist for the person in registration for the term or in academic history for the term. |
| Course Title | Displays the title of the course entered in the CRN field.
This title will come from the schedule, if the CRN is assigned to the co-op and the enrollment is in registration, or it will come from history, if the CRN is assigned to the co-op and the enrollment has already been rolled to history. |
| Begin Date | Optional field used to check for overlapping begin dates on the co-op records for the term, regardless of level or schedule type. When a conflict exists, the message One or more activities overlap in the term. Change the assignment dates or select the Override check-box is displayed.
Check the Override check box and then save the record to continue to add data for the co-op. This data overlap check occurs whenever a new activity is added or when the start or end dates are changed. |

| Evaluation Prepared | Optional field used to track when a student’s evaluation was prepared and sent to the co-op provider. |
| Evaluation Received | Optional field used to track when a student’s evaluation was received from and recorded by the co-op provider. |
