This window is used to show non-courses for the student whether or not they have been applied to a degree sequence number. The information displayed here is the same as that displayed on the Academic Non-Course (SHANCRS) page. Non-courses can be maintained for all students, not just graduate students. This window is accessed using the Non-Course Work section or the Non-Course Information item in the Options Menu.
The Non-Course Work section treats the non-courses in the same fashion as the courses which must be taken to be awarded a degree. The user may adjust the Apply Non-Course Work to Learner Outcome (Indicator) on the non-courses the same way as is currently done for the degree applied indicators on the courses which the student has taken.
